Important

Documents mentioned in points 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 must be translated into Romanian, English, or Russian, notarized and legalized in the manner established by the state authorities of the respective country.

Please send all documents as scanned copies with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Each document (including both sides and apostille/superlegalization where applicable) must be submitted in a separate file, named according to the following format:

Student_Name_Document_Name (Example: John_Smith_Passport.pdf, John_Smith_High_School_Diploma.pdf)

All documents should be sent in one single email. Any subsequent messages or additional documents must be sent as replies to the same email thread.
